We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Mandy has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make it please kindly notify Mandy 48 hours prior. Japanese Thermal Clients are 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for any rescheduling/ cancellation. Failure to show up for appointments without prior notice or cancelling on the same day is not acceptable. If you do not show up or cancel on the same day, you will incur a 100% service fee charge. All at my discretion only. There is a 10min grace period at the time of your appointment. Please be respectful of Mandy’s time and others times.
